【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は主として自動車の天井材、扉裏材等の
内装材、あるいは建築物の壁材、天井材等の内装

しての車体軽量化が望まれる現在では問題があつ

本考案を図に示す一実施例によつて説明すれば

ル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチロ
ール、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン
樹脂等の熱可塑性合成樹脂の発泡体が用いられ
る。熱可塑性合成樹脂発泡体2をフエノール樹脂
含浸紙1,1に挾着するには層間にポリエチレン
フイルム3,3、あるいはポリアミドフイルム、
エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体フイルム等の感熱
フイルムを介在させて熱接着を行なうか、酢酸ビ
ニル系接着剤、アクリル系接着剤、ゴム系接着剤

り成形も容易であり、さらに合成樹脂発泡層は内
装基材に断熱性、遮音性、クツシヨン性を与える
とともに柔軟性に富むから成形に容易に追従する
ものである。そしてフエノール樹脂含浸紙、合成
樹脂発泡層ともに極めて軽量であるから本考案の
内装基材はレジンフエルトの半分以下と云う軽さ
