Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はハンドルとシートとの藺に大きな空ｆｉｌ１部
を形成し、この空間部の底部に足載せ根を設けた所謂ス
クータ型自動二輪車又は自動三輪車の足載せ板に関する
ものである。
従来、上述のようなスクータ型自動二輪車等の足載せ根
は、硬′Ｍ摺脂又は金属製のボードよつて構成されてい
るが、足の感触をよりソフトにするため、又はタト観向
上を目的として、さらにその上に別体のゴム又はｙ、質
樹脂のマットを取付番ノることか行われている。しかし
、このマットはこれに一体成形された突起を足載せ根１
Ｉｌ１１に形成した孔に嵌合して取付けるようになって
おり、長期使用の間にマット娼末が運転者の足等に引フ
掛けられたりして捲れ上がってくる欠点を有していた。
本発明の目的は、上述のような問題に鑑み、長期間使用
においても端末の捲れ上がりがなく、常時高級感を呈す
ることのできるスクータの足載せ板を提供せんとするこ
とにある。
上記目的を遠戚する本発明によるスクータ型自動二輪車
等の足載せ根は、硬賀摺脂からなる芯板の上面を軟質樹
脂からなるカバー板で被覆するように一体成形し、前記
カバー板の周縁部を前記芯板の周縁部ににおいて芯板の
裏面側へ斬り返したことを特徴とするものである。
以下、本発明を図に示す実施例により説明する。
菓１図において、１は前輪、２は後輪、３はシート、４
はシー）３の前方を響う１／ツグシールド、５は足載せ
枦である。
第２図〜箭５図は、上記足載せ板５の詳細を示したもの
で、この足載せ板５は下側に配置されたフレーム６にブ
ラケット７を介してボルト９、ナラ）　１０により固定
され、さらに足載せ根５の両側部には覆い８がリベット
１１により固定されている。
足載せ根５は、硬質樹脂からなるｇｌｌ性を有する芯板
１２と、この芯板１２の上面に被覆された軟質樹脂から
なるカバー板１３とが一体液形されて構成されている。
このような一体成形において、カバー板１３の周線部１
３ａは芯板１２の４部１２ａを覆い、芯板１２の裏面側
ノ＼折り返されている。さらに、カバー板１３中間の芯
板１２との台面には、複数偏所から係合突起１３ｂが芯
板１２の裏面側へ貫通し、両板を一体に係止するように
している。
上述のような足載せ板５の成形は、談ず芯板１２の方を
金をにより射出成形し、次いでこのように液形された芯
板１２を別の金型にいれ、その金をに浴！１Ｇ伏の！２
賀摺脂を、Ｅ記芯板１２の上面および周縁を覆うＪうに
射出し、カバー板１３が芯板１２に対し一体となるよう
に成形すればよい。前述の保合突起１３ｂは、この成形
の際、溶融状の軟質樹脂が芯板１２の孔内に流れ込んで
形成されたものである。
上述のように構成された足載せ板５によると、芯板１２
に対し軟質樹脂のカバー板１３が一体成形されていると
共に、さらにその周縁においてカバー板１３の周縁部１
３ａが芯板１２の周線部１２ａを覆い、その裏面側へ折
り返された横絞となっているため、カバー板１３の端部
か長期間使用において簡単に捲れ上がるようなことはな
い。ｔたこの捲れ上がり防止効早は、１述の実施例のよ
うにカバー板１３の中間面において、芯板１２の裏面側
へ貫通係合するような係合突起１２ａを設けるようにす
ると、なお一層効果が大となる。
なお、上記実施例では芯板１２の略全周１ｇがカバー板
１３の周線部１３ａで被覆されるｊ、うになフているが
、本発明においては必ずしも全周縁を覆う必要はなく、
捲れ上がり防止が可能な要部のみを折り返し被薔するよ
うにしてもよい。
上述したように本発明によるスクータ型自動二輪車等の
足載せ板は、硬質樹脂からなる芯板の上面を軟質樹脂か
らなるカバー板で被覆するように一体成形し、前記カバ
ー板の周線部を前記芯板の周線部ににおいて芯板の裏面
側へ折り返す構成としたので、長期使用においてもカバ
ー板端末の捲れ上がりはなく、営時高級感を呈すること
ができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 硬質樹脂からなる芯板の上面を軟質樹脂からなるカバー
    板で被覆するように一体成形し、前記カバー板の周縁部
    を前記芯板の周縁部ににおいて芯板の裏面側へ折り返し
    たことを特徴とするスクータ型自動二輪車等の足載せ根
    。
