内周壁、２９は下糸案内片、３０は下糸調子用板ばね、
３１は下糸、３２はスペーサー、３４は下糸案内溝、３
５は切欠き、３７はフランジ、３８は凹部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １−水平軸線の周りに一方向に回転する外釜６と、 その外釜６中にそれと相対的に回転可能に支承され且つ
    中央部にボビン支持軸８を有する中釜７と、 針１の上下動通路と隣接する前記中釜７の上方位置に設
    けられ且つ静止状態に置かれた中釜止め１２の突起１３
    と嵌合することにより前記中釜７が前記外釜６と共に回
    転するのを阻止する中釜止め用凹部１０と、 前記中釜７の前記ボビン支持軸８に挿着され、　　る中
    空軸１７と一対のフランジ１８．１９とからなるボビン
    １６と、 前記ボビン１６の両フランジ１８．１９間に位置し且つ
    基端が前記中釜止め用凹部１０に対し前記外釜６の回転
    方向側における前記中釜７の内周壁２８に取付けられる
    と共に自由端がその内周壁２８に沿い前記中釜止め用凹
    部１０に対し前記外釜６の回転方向と反対側に延びた下
    糸案内片２９と、 その下糸案内片２９と前記内周壁２８との間には糸挿通
    間隙が設けられ、前記ボビン１６から前記中釜止め用凹
    部１０に至る下糸３１はその下糸案内片２９により一旦
    前記ボビン１６のフランジ１８．１９間の略中間部を経
    て導出されるようにされていることと、 前記糸挿通間隙中に配置され前記導出される下糸３１を
    前記下糸案内片２９に対し押圧してその下糸に張力を付
    与するためのばね３０とを設けたことを特徴とするミシ
    ンの全回転釜。 ２　前記下糸案内片２９は前記内周壁２８に沿った円弧
    状に形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のミシンの全回転釜。 ３　前記ばね３０は板ばねからなり、前記内周壁２８に
    沿った円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載のミシンの全
    回転釜。
