゛は銀合金層、２５：銅層、２６：メッキ層、２

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ コンデンサ、インダクタ、抵抗等の受動素子と、ト
ランジスタ、ダイオード等の能動素子と、これらのため
の配線パターンとを内蔵及び／又は塔載した混成集積回
路板、及び前記回路板の外周に設けられた複数の外部端
子より成り、前記外部端子は、配線パターンの引出端に
接続する銀又は銀合金層とこの銀又は銀合金層の上に形
成された電気めっき層とから構成されている混成集積回
路。 ２ 電気めっき層が、銅層、ニッケル層及び錫層の順に
形成された積層体である、第１項記載の混成集積回路。
