Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 果物、箱詰食品等の食品本体の全表面にスプレー塗装法
または浸漬塗装法等によυ剥離性に曖れた無食害樹脂膜
を全面コーティングしたのち当該樹脂膜を乾燥するよう
にした食品の包装方法は公知であるが、この方法によつ
て得た被包食品はその食用に際して同被覆を引裂＜為の
強靭な糸条若しくは紐条を被覆の表面にこれを強く引張
つても剥離しないように強力に貼着するという加工を必
要とし、このためにこの方法は極めて面倒であつて且つ
非能率の弊があった。
本発明はこのような欠陥を除去することを目的とするも
のであつて、以下に本発明の好適な一実施例を其の工程
順に説明するに、先ず、リンゴ１の適宜個所にカット用
摘片２を其の先端部が起立した状態を維持するよう接線
方向に向けて貼着する。
次いで、リンゴ１の全表面およびカット用摘片２の全表
面にスプレー塗装法により剥離性に優れた食品衛生法に
適合する無食害樹脂膜３を全面コーティングしたのち当
該樹脂膜３をトンネル方式の力目熱乾燥法により乾燥し
たものである。
伺、上記のコーティングは通常、チッ素ガス、炭酸ガス
の雰囲気内で行い無菌包装する。伺、摘片を手指で摘持
して膜を引き裂きこの引裂個所から順に破ぶいて同膜を
剥離し、価つて食品本体を食するものである。
本発明は叙上の通りであるので、被膜の引裂用の摘片を
備えた被包食品の製造を公知の方法に比して極めて簡単
且つ能率的に為し得るあつて本発明の前記の目的を充分
に達成し得る効果があわ、加うるに本発明食品は摘片の
全体若しくは基部が被膜の内部に位置するのでこれを牽
引することによつて被膜の引裂を確実に為すことかでき
る等の利点がある。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 果物、箱詰食品等の食品本体の所要個所にカット用
    摘片を其の先端部が起立した状態を維持するように貼着
    すると共に当該食品本体の全表面およびカット用摘片の
    基部の表面またはその全表面にスプレー塗装法または浸
    漬塗装法等により剥離性に優れた無食害樹脂膜を全面コ
    ーティングしたのち当該樹脂膜を乾燥することを特徴と
    する食品の包装方法。 ２ 果物、箱詰食品等食品本体の所要個所にカット用摘
    片を貼止し、この食品本体の全表面およびカット用摘片
    の基部のみもしくは全表面を剥離性に優れた無害樹脂膜
    を摘片起立の状態で被覆して成る食品。
