Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable an easy punching-out of a predetermined-shaped portion at the time of pasting and an easy pasting of the punched-out portion without need of separating a sheet-formed paster member such as a label before pasting, by a method wherein a sheet-formed paster member partitioned by specified cut lines is pasted on an objective body and a desired portion of the paster member is separated from the remainder.
CONSTITUTION: A band-formed paster member 1 such as label comprises a substrate 2 coated with a paste layer 3 on its lower surface. Cut lines 4 of predetermined ed shape for label, seal, name plate, or the like are formed in the paste member 1 at regular intervals, leaving partial joint portions 7 between each label portion 5 and the remainder 6. When the paster member is pasted on a packing container or the like, or after the pasting, the label portion 5 is easily separated from the remainder by simple punching out without being broken.
