Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、一般家庭で使用する除湿機の熱交換通風回路
に関するものである。
従来例の構成とその問題点 従来の除湿機の構造を第1図〜第3図により説明する。
同図において、1は吸入グリルで、外箱2、吹出グリル
3とともに除湿機の本体を構成し、その内部には冷凍サ
イクルを構成する圧縮機4、蒸発器6、凝縮器6、がそ
れぞれ設置されている。7はファンで4、室内空気を吸
入グ1ノル1より吸込み、吸込まれた空気はエアフイ/
レタ8、蒸発オ咎6、凝縮器ら、ファンガイダ9を通過
し、吹出グ1ノル3より吹出される。
10は排水タンクで、圧縮機4の横に設置され、蒸発器
5で凝縮された除湿水を、排水タンク10内にだくわえ
る。排水タンク1oにはフロート11が内蔵されフロー
ト11の先端はマイクロスイッチ12を押すことにより
、空気調和機1を運転し排水タンク10内の除湿水が増
加するにした力;いフロート11が上昇しマイクロスイ
・ソチ12よりはずれ空気調和機の運転を停止する構造
となっている。
そして、通風回路は第3図に示すように形成されている
。すなわち、ファン7とファンモータ13によって、吸
入グリル1より室内空気〃ぷ吸込まれる。ここで、蒸発
器6、凝縮器6は(111板14で一体に固定され、側
板14の吸入グリル1側と、吸入グリル1の内壁との間
には密閉材16が接着され、密閉構造となっている。そ
のため、吸込まれた空気は全て蒸発器5を通過し、熱交
換された空気が凝縮器6を通過し、ファンガイダ9を通
り、吹出される。
上記構造のため、蒸発器5、凝縮器6を構成するフィン
16と冷媒チューブ17の空気抵抗が大きくなり、必要
風量を得るためにはファン7を大形にするか、ファンモ
ータ13の出力を大きくする必要があり、省エネルギ化
に反する構造であった。
さらに、冷凍サイクルを構成する必要風量は、蒸発器6
と凝縮器6とは一般的に同一風量でなく、凝縮器6側の
風量が多い構成であるが、かかる従来の構造では同一風
量とせざるをえない。このことは蒸発器5の低圧圧力と
凝縮器6の高圧圧力とのバランスが悪く、圧縮機4に負
荷がかかりすぎ、高室温や低電圧時などに圧縮機4が停
止することが多くなり、除湿機としての機能をはださな
いなどの欠点を有していた。
発明の目的 本発明は、上記従来の除湿機にみられる欠点を解消する
もので、蒸発器を通過する風量を少なくすることにより
、圧縮機にかかる負荷の低減化をはかることを目的とす
るものである。
発明の構成 この目的を達成するために本発明は、除湿機本体内に、
蒸発器と凝縮器とを側板で一体形としだ熱交換器を設け
、前記両側板における蒸発器と凝縮器の間となる位置に
、一つあるいは複数個の通風穴を設け、さらに前記凝縮
器後部にファンガイダを固定し、このフ7ンガイダの両
端を除湿機本体の内壁に当接して除湿機本体内に主通風
回路と側路通風回路を形成したものである。
この構成によ)て、空気流を蒸発器を通過する部分と蒸
発器を側路して凝縮器へ流れる部分に分割し、高圧圧力
の上昇を抑え・、圧縮機にかかる負荷を抑えるようにし
たものである。
実施例の説明 以下、本発明をその一実施例を示す添付図面の第4図、
第6図を参考に説明する。
同図において、蒸発器18、凝縮器19は側板20によ
り所定間隔をあけて一体に構成されており、側板2oに
おいて蒸発器18と凝縮器19の間の位置には通風穴2
1が形成されている。前記凝縮器19の後部にはフ7ン
ガイダ22が固定され、ファンガイダ22の両端は略り
字形の遮弊部23が形成されている。ファンガイダ22
の遮弊部23は、従来例と同様の構造からなる除湿機本
体24の内壁に当接している。そしてファン25で吸込
捷れた空気は吸入グリル26より吸込まれ蒸発器18を
通過する主通風回路を流れるものと、  。
蒸発器16の側板20の左右両側に形成された補助通風
回路を流れるものに分かれて吸込まれる。
そして補助通風回路は、ファンガイタ゛22の両側通弊
部23で密閉されているため側板2oの左右に分かれた
空気は、側板2oの間隙部に設けられた通風穴21より
吸込まれ、蒸発器18を通過した空気と合流して凝縮器
19を通過する。
発明の詳細 な説明したように、本発明によれば、蒸発器側の風量と
、凝縮器側の風量をかえることができ凝縮器側の風量が
蒸発器側より多くなり、高圧圧力の上昇が低下でき、圧
縮機の低入力化がはかれあわせてファン、ファンモータ
も大形化する必要もなく省エネルギ化がはかれる。また
、側板に設けた通風穴の大きさ、数などにより通過風量
も調節することができ、さらに、蒸発器、@縮藷に必要
風量のみを通過させるため、蒸発器、凝縮器の空気抵抗
も減少でき、通過時の風切り音も低減化できるなどの効
果を有するもめである。・

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 除湿機本体内に、蒸発器と凝縮器とを側板で一体形とし
    た熱交検相を設け、前記両側板における蒸発器と凝縮器
    の間となる位置に、一つあるいは複数個の通風穴を設け
    、さらに前記凝縮器後部にファンガイダを固定し、この
    ファンガイダの両端を除湿機本体の内壁に当接して除湿
    機本体内に主通風回路と側路通風回路を形成した除湿機
    の熱交換通風装置。
