プリングのバネ特性図、第５図は従来の装置に使用され
るスプリングのバネ特性図、第６図Ａ、　Ｂは伝達トル
クとビストンストロークとの関係図であり、第６図Ａは
ウェーブスプリングを介在しない場合、第６図Ｂはウェ
ーブスプリングを介在した場合をそれぞれ示し、また第
７図Ａ、　　Ｂは伝達トルクと油圧圧力との関係図であ
り、第７図Ａはウェーブスプリングを介在しない場合、
第７図Ｂはウェーブスプリングを介在した場合をそれぞ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駆動軸側の伝動部材と従動軸側の伝動部材との間にクラ
    ッチディスクとプレートとを複数枚交互に保持させ、こ
    のクラッチディスクとプレートとを、複数枚のダイヤフ
    ラムスプリングから構成した組合せスプリングによりピ
    ストンを介し圧着させて接続すると共に、前記ピストン
    に油圧を作用させて前記接続を解除すべく構成した油圧
    式多板クラッチ装置において、前記複数枚のダイヤフラ
    ムスプリングを配列するピッチをそれぞれ異ならせ、前
    記組合せスプリングの複合バネ特性を実用域においてバ
    ネ荷重とタワミ量とが略正比例的に変化すべく構成した
    ことを特徴とする油圧式多板クラッチ装置。
