Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電気機器の中身振れ止め装置に関する。
従来の電気機器（以下、電器）の中身振れ止め装置は第
１図、第２図に示すように、鉄心締付金具１σと上面で
、鉄心」二、下連結棒２と、電器外箱内壁に固着された
座３とを、Ｌ形中身振れ止め金具４で連結していた。さ
らに、中身の吊り装置として、鉄心締付金具１に中身吊
り金具５を固着するか、あるいは、アイナツト６′ｔ−
取付けていた。
この構造では、Ｌ形中身振れ止め金具４及び中身吊り金
具５の表作に多大の工数を必要とし、又、中身吊り金具
４のかわりにアイナツト６を用いた場合は、必要強度上
から上、下連結棒のサイズを大きくしなければならず、
重量１価格増となる等の欠点がめった。
本発明の目的は、より簡単で、かつ、部品数を少なくシ
、安価な、中身振れ止め装置を提供するにある。
本発明の要点は鉄心継鉄部の締付けのための締付金具の
締付ボルト部に中身吊り用穴ヲアけた平板金具を垂直忙
取付けて、中身吊り金具として使用後走その平板金具を
９０°傾けて、外箱内壁に固着した相手取付座を取付け
て中身振れ止め金具としたことにおる。
以下、本発明の一実施例を第３図及び第４図により説明
する。
電器外箱１内に収納され、鉄心８と巻線７からなる本体
中身を吊り上げるための吊り金具５を、鉄心継鉄部の締
付金具１を締付けるだめの、締付ロッド９の両端にナツ
ト１０で増刊ける。中身を吊って電器外箱１内に収納し
た後、ナツト１０をゆるめ、吊り金具５を９０°下に傾
けて、電器外箱１の内壁に吊り金具５と平行して固着し
た取付座３をボルトで締付けて中身振れ止め金具の働き
をさせる。
本実施例によれば、−担、取付けた１個の部品である平
板取付金具により、電器本体中身を吊ると同時に輸送中
、地脹時等の中身振れ止め金具として兼用することかで
き、より簡単で部品数か半減した金具とすることができ
る。
本発明によれば、１個の部品で二つの機能をもたせるよ
うな構造とし、部品か半減し、価格９重量も半分になる
効果かある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、ｒば１気機器外箱に収納された電気機器の中身中、
    鉄心の継鉄部を角管や平板等の締付用金具を使用してそ
    の両端をボルトを介して締付けをしている鉄心締付構造
    物において、前記ボルト締付部あるいはその近傍で前記
    締付用金具の上面より出張らせた位置に前記電気機器中
    身及び鉄心吊り上げ用として穴をあけた平板吊り金具を
    設け、さらに、前記電気機器外箱内壁に、前記平板吊り
    金具と平行する位置に部分、この座と前記平板吊り金具
    とをそれぞれ固着したことを％黴とする電気機器中身振
    れ止め装置。
