装置5を素子が相対するように入れて固定し、ストッパ
ー6をケースにはめ込むことによシ形成している。その
為、発光装置4と受光装置5をケース3に入れる際、非
常に工数がかかシ高価なものになっている。また、各素
子が相対しているので外部端子7が面状に々シ外形が厚
