    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 活性汚泥や生物膜等の生物処理を行うための曝気部に構
    成される微生物繁殖滞留域に所定の遊学間部を介して上
    方を濾材流出防止用の網状物で覆った繊維塊の充填物を
    入れた筒型あるいは球状の容器よりなる濾過塔を内蔵さ
    せ、逆洗用の配管を当該濾過塔の中に配した事を特徴と
    する排水処理装置。
