Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　ＰＮ接合のＰ層およびＮ層の表面上にそれぞ
    ２、　　れ形成される第１、第２のオーミック電極、□
    および上記第１オーミツク電極上に設けられた金属バン
    プから成る発光素子と、上記金属バンプと上記第２オー
    ミツク電極とを圧接して発光素子を挾持する第１、第２
    のジュメット線と、これらジュメット線にそれぞれ電気
    的に接続される第１、第２のリードと、上記発光素子お
    よび−二の発光素子と第１、第２のジュメット線とが当
    接する接合部を封止する透光性ガラス製の外囲器とを備
    えた発光半導体装置において、上記第１オーミツク電極
    と金属バンプとは異なる材質から成り、゛第１オーミッ
    ク電極を金属バンプ下のみに形成し、発光素子の金属バ
    ンプ形成部および第２オーミック電極形成部以外の全て
    の領域の発光を刺用する如く構成したことを特徴とする
    発光半導体装置。
  2. （２）前記第１オーミツク電極はＡｕ−Ｂｅ系合金から
    成り、前記第２オーミツク電極はＡｕ−Ｇｅ系合金から
    成り、前記金属バンプはＡｇから成ることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の発光半導体装置。 　　　　　　゛
