第１図は本考案に係る座席等のクッションパッドと表皮
材との接合構造の一実施例の概略を示す断面説明図、第
２図、第３図及び第４図はクッションパッドと面ファス
ナとの接何工程を夫々示すもので、第２図は面ファスナ
及びカバーシートを発泡成形型に取付けた状態の断面図
、第３図は発泡合成樹脂を注入している状態の断面図、
第４図はクッションパッドを発泡成形した状態の断面図
である。 図中、１・・・クッションパッド、１′・・・発泡合成
樹脂、２・・・第１の面ファスナ、３・・・表皮材、４
・・・第２の面ファスナ、５・・・基布、６・・・ファ
スナ面、７・・・粘着剤、訃・・シートフレーム、９・
・・カバーシート、１１・・・発泡成形型。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）クッションパッドの表面側に第１の面ファスナを
    カバーシートを介して取付け、前記クッションパッドを
    被覆する表皮材の裏面側に第２の面ファスナを取付け、
    前記第１及び第２の面ファスナを係合させてクツシ・ヨ
    ンパツドと表皮材とを密接させるようになされ、前記ク
    ッション・パッドが発泡合成樹脂からなり、前記第１の
    面ファスナが基布と、該基布の表面側に形成されたファ
    スナ面とからなり、基布の裏面側に前記カバーシートが
    接合され、クッションパッドの発泡成形の際に前記カバ
    ーシートの外周縁に発泡合成樹脂がファスナ面に含浸す
    るのを防止する粘着剤が配設されてクッションパッドの
    表面側に一体に接合されて形成されている事を特徴とす
    る座席等のクッションパッドと表皮材との接合構造。 ＋２）第１及び第２の面ファスナがクッションパッド及
    び表皮材の着座位置に夫々設けられている事を特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の座席等のクッシ
    ョンパッドと表皮材との接合構造。
