切削用の各チップの回転切削軌跡を合成して示す説明図
である。第6図は本考案の別の実施例を示す部分正面図
であり第7図は第6図における■矢視図である。第8図
はその別の実施例の穴内周部切削用及び内外周部切削用
の各チップの回転切削軌跡を合成して示す説明図で、第

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長手形状をなして軸心まわりに回転させられる本体の先
    端部に取り外し可能に固定された穴内周部切削用および
    穴内周部切削用スローアウェイチップによって穴あけ加
    工を行うとともに、それらチップより基端部側に取り外
    し可能に固定された側面9J削用スローアウエイチツプ
    によって深溝加工を行い得るドリル兼用エンドミルであ
    って、前記本体の長手方向に沿って形成した2本の切粉
    排出溝の回転方向向きの溝面に、それぞれ前記側面切削
    用スローアウェイチップを少なくとも1個、チップ表面
    が回転方向に向くとともに切刃が一円筒面上に位置し、
    且つ、一方の溝面のチップと他方の満面のチップとの軸
    方向の位置が互い違いとなるように固定し、且つ、該両
    溝面のうち該側面切削用スローアウェイチップの最も先
    端側のものが固定された満面を形成しているランドの先
    端面に前記穴内周部切削用スローアウェイチップをチッ
    プ表面が前記軸心に平行な状態より直角な状態に近くな
    る姿勢で固定する一方、該両溝面の他方には前記人外周
    部切削用スローアウェイチップをチップ表面が前記回転
    方向向きとなり、かつ−切刃が前記−円筒面上に位置す
    る姿勢で固定したことを特徴とするドリル兼用エンドミ
    ル。
