Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製ステム本体、該ステム本体と絶縁されて取付けら
    れた第１のリード及び該ステム本体に短絡あるいは絶縁
    されて取りつけられた第２のリードからなるステムに反
    射板部を設け、該反射板部に半導体発光素子を固着し、
    該半導体発光素子と前記第１のリードとを接続した光半
    導体装置において、前記ステム本体に凹部を設け、該凹
    部に反射板ブロックを埋設して反射板部を形成したこと
    を特徴とする光半導体装置。
