準設定部、３５：加算回路、４１：温度補償信号出力端

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 温度変化に応じて順方向電圧が変化するダイオード及び
    そのダイオードに順方向電流を流す電流供給手段よりな
    る温度検知部と、上記ダイオードの順方向降下電圧が入
    力される利得可変の第１反転増幅器と、その第１反転増
    幅器へバイアス電圧を与え、基準温度における第１反転
    増幅器の出力電圧を設定する基準設定手段と、上記第１
    反転増幅器の出力を増幅する第２反転増幅器と、上記第
    １反転増幅器の出力側及び第２反転増幅器の出力側がそ
    れぞれ第１スイツチ及び第２スイツチを通′　　　じて
    入力側に接続され、加算比率を変更することができ、温
    度補償電圧を出力する加算回路と、上記第１反転増幅暮
    の帰環回路と並列に取り外し自在に接続される第１整流
    素子と、上記第２反転増幅器の帰環回路に並列に取り外
    し自在に接続される第２整流素子とを具備する温度補償
    信号発生回路。
