Claims (1)
そのダイオードに順方向電流を流す電流供給手段よりな
る温度検知部と、上記ダイオードの順方向降下電圧が入
力される利得可変の第1反転増幅器と、その第1反転増
幅器へバイアス電圧を与え、基準温度における第1反転
増幅器の出力電圧を設定する基準設定手段と、上記第1
反転増幅器の出力を増幅する第2反転増幅器と、上記第
1反転増幅器の出力側及び第2反転増幅器の出力側がそ
れぞれ第1スイツチ及び第2スイツチを通′ じて
入力側に接続され、加算比率を変更することができ、温
度補償電圧を出力する加算回路と、上記第1反転増幅暮
の帰環回路と並列に取り外し自在に接続される第1整流
素子と、上記第2反転増幅器の帰環回路に並列に取り外
し自在に接続される第2整流素子とを具備する温度補償
