    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 温度に対応しで変化する電圧を増幅器にバイア□　　ス
    ミ圧として供給することによって増幅器の温度特性を補
    償する増幅器の温度特性補償回路において、それぞれ異
    なった所定の温度に達した時に出力信号を発生する温度
    検出回路と、この温度検出回路の出力信号に応じて前記
    バイアス電圧を変化させる電圧変化回路とを備えたこと
    を特徴とする増幅器の温度特性補償回路。
