：トランジスタ、Ｄ１〜Ｄ４：ピンダイオード。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高周波入出力端子間に接続されるピンダイ
    オードと、制御電圧に応じて該ピンダイオードに
    流す電流を可変するためのトランジスタを備えた
    高周波アツテネータ回路において、ダイオードと
    抵抗の直列回路に電流を流すことにより制御電圧
    を発生する回路と、該制御電圧を増幅して前記ト
    ランジスタへ送る誤差増幅器を設け、前記トラン
    ジスタの出力として得られる前記ピンダイオード
    のバイアス電流に対応する電圧を前記誤差増幅器
    にフイードバツクするように構成したことを特徴
    とする高周波アツテネータ回路。 (2) 前記制御電圧を発生するための回路に用い
    られるダイオードはピンダイオードである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高周波アツテネー
    タ回路。
