第１図は従来の作動停止装置を示す概略構成図、第２図
はその動作を説明す名もので、２つの切換弁の開閉のタ
イミング、各シリンダ室の圧力変化およびピストンの速
度変化を示すグラフ、第３図はこの考案の作動停止装置
の一例を示す概略構成図、第４図は、その動作例を説明
する第２図と同様のグラフ、第５図は別の動作例を説明
する第２図と同様のグラフである。 １・・・複動シリンダ、２・・・ピストン、３・・・ピ
ストンロッド、４・・・物体、５・・・給気ポート、６
・・・排気ポート、７・・・第１の切換弁、訃・・給気
ボート、９・・・圧縮空気供給源、１１・・・絞り、１
２・・・第２の切換弁、１３・・・ストッパ部材、１４
・・・物体検知器。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 空圧シリンダのピストンロッドの先端部に取り付けられ
    た物体を上記ピストンロッドの移動経路上の任意の位置
    に設けられたストッパ部材４こ衝突させて停止させる作
    動停止装置において、上記物体と上記ストッパ部材との
    距離が予め設定された距離に達したことを検出する物体
    検出部と、 上記空圧シリンダに給排気する流路を切換える第１の切
    換弁と１ 、上記第１の切換弁の給気口と圧縮空気源との間に並列
    に設けられた第２の切換弁および絞りを具備してなり、 上記物体検出部からの検出信号に基いて上記第１の切換
    弁を切り換えて上記空圧シリンダの容積減少側のシリン
    ダ室に給気し、一定時間給気したのち、上記第１の切換
    弁を上記空圧シリンダの容積増大側に給気する位置に切
    り換えるとともに上記第２の切換弁をＯＦＦとし上記絞
    りを介して容積増大側のシリンダ室に給気するようにし
    たことを特徴とする作動停止装置。
