Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. In order to mount a semiconductor element, the stage part is supported so as to be lower than the top surface of the internal lead part by a plurality of stage support bars having sloped parts that become lower toward the stage part. A lead frame comprising: a protruding step portion provided on the upper surface of the inclined portion of the stage support bar. 2.
