    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モールド部の両端から同軸的にリード部が突出した半導
    体装置の極性判別装置において、前記リード部に接触す
    る接触片を複数対設け、いずれか１対がリード部に接触
    すれば電気的閉回路を形成し、その極性の判別を可能に
    したことを特徴とする半導体装置の極性判別装置。
