    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 論理レベルの信号をプロセス装置の信号レベルに変換し
    て出力する第１インターフェイス回路を有するプロセス
    出力回路において、上記第１インターフェイス回路の出
    力信号を論理レベルの信号に変換する第２インターフェ
    イス回路と、上記第１インターフェイス回路の入力信号
    と上記第２インターフェイス回路の出力信号との一致を
    調べ、不一致が検出されたときは上記出力信号に異常が
    あることを示す信号を出力する信号チェック回路とを備
    えたことを特徴とするプロセス出力回路。
