Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、例えば長鎖の導電性カーボンブラックを添加
することによって、僅かな導電率許容差を有し複数の成
分から成る導電性合成樹脂を製造する方法に関する。
特に帯電防止部材をつくるため、導電性添加物を使用し
て合成樹脂を調製することはよく知られている。この目
的のため、例えばカーボンブラックが所定の割合で合成
樹脂に混合される。必要とする表面抵抗または絶縁抵抗
は、使用目的によって相違する。1010Ω/口以上お
よび1o4Ω/口以下の表面抵抗は、所定の処方によっ
て得ることができる。しかしながら、それらの中間の領
域では、成分の性質の僅かな相違および押出し条件の変
動によって許容し難い誤差になるため、一定の処方によ
って調製することは不可能である−従来、調合割合は重
量測定捷たけ容量測定によって定められる。その場合、
成分の性質が考慮されていないため、最終成果が著しく
変動するとい・う、欠点がある。これは例えば、カーボ
ンブラックの導電率および場合によってはその粒子の大
きさの分布に依存する。
現在においては、調合に際してカーボンブランクの導電
率を測定し、調整に使用することはなお不可能である。
既に述べたように、従来は重量を測定して調合され、完
成した射出成形部品について初めて材料の品質が検査さ
れている。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第2838110号明細
書において、押出機で処理するために定められた混合チ
ャージの複数の個々の物質を調合するだめの装置が記載
されている。その場合、微分制御と同様に、押出される
材料の温度および粘度に対する高い精度が得られる。
本発明の目的は、狭い範囲内に限定された電気的特性値
を有する合成樹脂、例えば表面抵抗が約放電時間がlQ
Qms以下の合成樹脂を製造する方法を提供することに
ある。この目的は本発明によれば、押出品で測定された
電気値によって調合割合を調節することによって達成さ
れる。電気値としては、表面抵抗または絶縁抵抗があげ
られる。
本発明による方法は、例えばカーボンブラックの特性お
よび押出機内の分散の影響が除去される利点を有してい
る。この分散は、温度、ウオーム歯車形状、回転数およ
び処理容量によって影響される。本発明による方法は、
押出機形式および所定の処方とは無関係に行われる。
この効果を得るため、導電率成分まだは合成樹脂成分を
変更することができる。装入量を一定に保持するだめ、
測定結果に対応して導電率成分を変更するのが有利であ
る。
添加物質、例えば鉱物を所定量添加することによって、
一層良好な分散が得られる。これによって、表面抵抗を
10のべき乗内に保持することができる。
本発明方法は、高い表面抵抗をもち5000ボルトから
約Oボルトへの放電時間が100m5 以下の導電性合
成樹脂を製造するのに特に適し、この場合ポリアミドが
例えば30%の鉱物と4ないし6%の特殊な長鎖の導電
性カーボンブラックが押出機において混合される。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1)長鎖の導電性カーボンブラックを添加することによ
    って、僅かな導電率許容差を有し複数の成分から成る導
    電性合成樹脂を製造する方法において、押出品で測定さ
    れた電気値に応じて調合割合を調節することを特徴とす
    る導電性合成樹脂の製造方法。 2)導電率成分を調節することを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第1項記載の方法。 3)合成樹脂成分を調節することを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4)導電性成分の分散を良好にするだめ、添加物質例え
    ば鉱物を所定量だけ添加することを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5)ポリアミドを30%の鉱物と4ないし6%ノ特別の
    長鎖の導電性カーボンブラックと押出機において混合し
    、高A表面抵抗を有し5000ボルトから約0ボルトへ
    の放電時間が100m5以下のものを得ることを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
