  1. フライングキャパシタ方式のマルチプレクサをもった多
    点アナログ信号測定装置において、各チャネルごとのＡ
    ／Ｄ変換終了後に当該チャネルのキ、　　ヤパシタに微
    少な定電流により充電する手段と、各入力の時点の異な
    る測定値間の差分を所定の基準値と比較してバーンアウ
    トを検出する手段を具備したことを特徴とする多点アナ
    ログ信号測定装置。
