Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定パルスの立上りを検出するパルス立上り
    検知部４と、異なる周波数の測定用クロツクを出
    力するクロツクパルス発生器２と、上記パルス立
    上り検知部が検出した立上りパルスに基づいて上
    記クロツクパルス発生器からの測定用クロツクを
    カウントし、そのカウント結果を上記被測定パル
    スの周期信号として出力する周期測定タイマ３と
    、上記クロツクパルス発生器と上記周期測定タイ
    マとの間に設けられ、周期測定タイマよりの出力
    に基づいて上記クロツクパルス発生器からの測定
    用クロツクの周波数を切換え選択するクロツクセ
    レクタ７とを備えた周期測定装置。
