Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検出コイルのりアクタンス成分の変化による出力信号変
    化の直流分を検出コイルに加える交流電圧の周波数シフ
    トによって常に零とな゛るように制御しその周波数シフ
    ト量から圧延ロール温度を検出する装置において、測定
    時の出力電圧波形変化による外乱を測定前との差信号及
    び差信号の圧延ロール回転方向の微分値が一定値以上越
    えた箇所を波形変化部分として取除く手段と、残り部分
    の平均値ｉ外乱に相当する信号として検出する手段と、
    その外乱に相当する信号を周波数制御回路の入力にキャ
    ンセルするように加える手段とより構成したことを特徴
    とする渦電流温度検出器。
