Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 多数の穴を設けた冷却治具上に、頭部を円形又はレンズ
状に成形した外筒バルブを、頭部を冷却治具に接するよ
うに装着し、次にフィラメントを取り付けた封着ビーズ
を既に設置された外筒バルブの開口部の内側に封着ビー
ズが接するように設置し、その外側に、加熱用炭素治具
を配し、又、その上部にビーズの位置を定めるための治
具を配し、これを加圧型真空箱内に納め、加圧型真空箱
内を真空にし、次いで炭素治具に通電加熱し、加圧型真
空箱内及び装置治具等からのガス発生を促し、箱内の雰
囲気が同一条件になり、真空度が高まったところで真空
バルブを閉め、封入ガスを導入し規定ガス圧にする。次
いで、炭素治具の通電を強め、ガラス軟化点附近まで温
度を上げ、次いで冷却治具を急速に冷し、更に通電を高
め、温度を上げ封着する。次いで通電を止め、加熱を終
了して一度に多数の製品を製造する小型ガス入り電球の
製造方法。

図を示す。 第３図は、本発明によるフィラメントの取り付け図及び

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 加圧真空箱を用いることにより、大気圧とは無関係な任
    意のバルブ内ガス圧力が設定できバルブに密着した冷却
    治具を用いることで、加工熱によるバルブ内ガスの膨張
    を防ぎ、封着部の膨みを無くしたことを特徴とする小型
    ガス入りランプの製造方法。
