Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、小型ガス入り一球及び小型ハロゲンランプの
製造装置に関するもので・従来の小型ガス入り電球及び
小型ハロゲンランプは、ガス導入管よりガスを導入して
ガス導入管を熔融密封して切り離す際、熔融密封するた
めの加熱により電球内部のガスが膨張して大気圧より内
部圧力が高くなった場合は密封部よりガスが噴出して密
封できないため、普通は内部のガス圧を大気圧よりも低
くする。もしも内部圧力を大気圧より高くしたい場合は
、液体窒素等にてバルブを冷却して熔融封着しなければ
ならなかった。しかるに本発明の真空兼ガス導入密封箱
を使用した場合は、電球内に導入されたガスの圧力と密
封された真空兼加１石ガス導入箱内部の圧力は等しく・
加熱封着の際も加熱封層熱によるガス顧張のための圧力
増加は同じ条件となり、密封封着寸前にバルブ部分を急
冷却することでバルブ内のガスを収縮させガス圧力を下
げることにより封入ガスが吹き出すこともなく簡単に浴
融封着ができる。又導入ガスの圧力は幅広く任−意に設
定でき特にバルブ内部のガス圧力を大気庄より高く封入
したい場合、極めて有効な小型ガス入り電球封着装置で
ある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 真空排気管及びガス導入管、加熱用電極、冷却用配管を
    配置した基板上に冷却治具及び加熱封着用炭素治具熱遮
    断板、ランプ支持用治具を設け、これを被うように密封
    箱を配置し、基板との接面部に密封用０リングを配置し
    、基板と否封箱を加圧密封してなる真空兼ガス導入密封
    箱の小型ガス入りランプの封着装置。
