Conventionally, decorative veneer sheets have been known, which are made by cutting raw wood to a thickness of about 0.5 m or less and pasting a reinforcing backing material such as paper or non-woven fabric on a veneer sheet to give it flexibility. There is. This decorative veneer sheet manufacturing method uses veneers with a moisture content of 15 to 10, and uses a dry adhesive, that is, a solvent-free adhesive, or a resin film, etc., to perform heat-pressure bonding. It is manufactured by either a dry method or a wet method in which the moisture content of the veneer is set to 20 modulus or more and the adhesive is also a wet type, that is, an aqueous solution type, for hot-pressure bonding. However, although the appearance quality of the decorative veneer sheet is excellent in the dry method, since the veneer is used with a moisture content of 20 to 15 parts or less, a drying process is required for the veneer. It has the disadvantage that a flat adhesive must be used. In addition, in the wet method, since an aqueous solution type adhesive is used, the moisture in the adhesive affects the finished state of the veneer sheet to some extent, and the decorative veneer sheet becomes uneven as the veneer dries. This includes problems that can easily cause warping, warping, and cracking.

The present inventor has conducted various studies to solve these problems, and found that in the production of decorative veneer sheets using the conventional wet method, using decorative veneers with a moisture content of 20 cm or more,
Urea QJ resin, melamine resin, vinyl acetate bIJ resin emulsion,
If you select an adhesive consisting of styrene-phtadiene + FF1L fat and a natural filler, and then apply a stiffening agent to the surface of the veneer and heat-pressure bond it, you will get a good decorative veneer sheet with no warping or warping. , we have completed the present invention in accordance with the li regulation (this heading) that it is possible to carry out the conventional secondary and 5th steps such as temporary fixing of veneer and heat-pressure bonding at the same time as the manufacturing process. .

Zunawaji The method for manufacturing a decorative veneer sheet of the present invention is
A water-soluble adhesive consisting of a water-soluble resin, a styrene-butadiene fat control agent, and a natural filler, such as melamine resin, urea l*j lI'&, styrene-butadiene resin, water, and wheat flour, is applied to the molding material. A reinforcing backing material is applied and a reinforcing backing material is laminated, then a decorative veneer with a water content of 20% or more is laminated using the light adhesive material on the backing material, and a stiffening agent is further applied to the surface of the decorative veneer. It is characterized by being applied and fixed under heat and pressure.

The release base material used in the present invention is preferably a plastic sheet with release properties such as release paper or polyethylene film, which allows the decorative veneer sheet formed by heat pressure to be easily removed under heat pressure conditions, and Any material may be used as long as it has temporary adhesion properties that allow it to be easily peeled off from the decorative veneer sheet, and these may be used alone or bonded to another substrate.

Furthermore, the adhesive used in the present invention is classified as (1) if it is formulated in such a way that the adhesive itself does not ooze out from the surface of the veneer as a decorative veneer sheet. As the water-soluble resin, those that cause a crosslinking reaction, such as water-soluble melamine resin and urea 1ηIlli, are preferred.

In addition, examples of the reinforcing backing material used in the present invention include so-called backing materials that are commonly used as reinforcing backing materials for decorative veneers, such as Japanese paper, kraft paper, (VJ oil-impregnated paper, nonwoven fabric, cloth, etc.). It is a sheet-like material, preferably a non-woven fabric. The size of these reinforcing backing materials varies depending on the material and the purpose, but they usually have a basis weight of about 20 to 1 oor/n? It will be done.

That is, the release base material 1 is overlaid on a hot press (not shown), and the adhesive 2 is uniformly applied thereon. Next, a reinforcing backing material 6 is pasted onto this adhesive coating layer. Next, adhesive 2, which is the same as the adhesive used to affix the backing material, is applied onto the reinforcing backing material. A decorative veneer 4 having a water content of 20 inches or more is adhered thereto, and a stiffening agent 6 is further applied, followed by heating and pressing to obtain a decorative veneer sheet.

This heat-pressing ensures good adhesion between the decorative veneer and the backing material.
In addition, the adhesive is properly penetrated into the backing material to the extent that it does not seep out, and is cured, producing a decorative veneer sheet with no gaps and excellent sewability.

In addition, in the method of the present invention, the laminated base material 5 of the release base material 1, the adhesive 2, and the reinforcing backing material 3 can be deposited and stored in this laminated state. This sedimentary preservation is, for example, 2 to 6
Even after a week-long accumulation test, no disadvantage was found in producing decorative veneer sheets. Therefore, when manufacturing various decorative veneer sheets, there is an advantage that the laminated base material 5 that has been previously manufactured, stored in piles, and then worn out can be used sequentially.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the L-F4i sheet produced as described above. In short, on the back side of the decorative veneer 4, a layer 7 is formed in which the adhesion agent has properly penetrated into the reinforcing backing, and further (on the surface of the veneer 4) A reversible layer 6 is formed, and part of the January agent No. 4 is in a state of being partially retracted into the decorative veneer. By applying this adhesive, it is possible to eliminate the conventional process of drying the joints of veneer panels, and to prevent shrinkage. (This has the effect of preventing the occurrence of gaps in the jointed areas due to veneer shrinkage due to moisture drying of the decorative veneer.)

The decorative veneer sheet obtained by the method of the present invention has a bright and smooth upper surface due to the use of a stiffening agent, and has an extremely good appearance quality. Furthermore, since the upper and lower surfaces are strongly reinforced, the decorative veneer sheet is free from warping and cracking and is highly flexible. In addition, the surface of the decorative veneer can be polished by Tsuki hx polishing 113 even if the thickness of the decorative veneer sheet is as thin as about 0.2M due to the effect of stiffening.
