Description
この発明は、貼り紙紙間の強度を著しく改善さ
せた強化貼紙塗装板を得させるようにした強化貼
り紙塗装板の製造方法に関するものである。
従来の方法による紙貼り塗装板としては、・
着色されたコート紙をラワン合板等の基板上に張
り合わせたもの、・着色されていない白紙を基
板上に張り合わせ、その外面にエナメル塗料等の
着色塗料を塗装したものが知られている。
これ等従来方法による紙貼り塗装板において
は、何れも、紙の内部まで合成樹脂が浸透されて
いないので、紙間強度が著しく弱く、塗装後の表
面にセロフアンテープを張り付け、数日後そのセ
ロフアンテープを剥がしているために、そのセロ
フアンテープを剥がす際に、外面の塗膜が紙間か
ら剥がれる惧れがある。
これに対して、この出願の発明は、ラワン合
板、合成樹脂薄板等の基板面上に、塩化ビニール
樹脂液を塗布し、半乾燥させた後、薄葉紙を貼紙
として貼合わせ、その外面を乾燥させた後、これ
にメラミン樹脂、尿素樹脂、アルキツド樹脂の混
合樹脂液を塗布し、半乾燥の後、アミノアルキツ
ドエナメルを上塗り塗料として塗布乾燥して、紙
間及び外面合成樹脂と表面の上塗り塗料とを一体
に結合し硬化させて、強化用透明合成樹脂液を紙
間に浸透させて強化された貼紙が、ラワン合板、
合成樹脂板等の基板面に接着剤にて貼付けられて
いると共に、その貼紙の外面にはエナメル系上塗
り塗層が、前記貼紙の外面及び紙間に浸透された
強化用透明合成樹脂と一体に結合して接着硬化さ
れている強化紙貼り塗装板を得させるようにした
ものであるから、この発明によれば、貼り紙紙間
の強度を著しく改善させた強化貼紙塗装板を得さ
せるようにした強化貼り紙塗装板を確実容易に製
造することができて頗る有用である。
而して、この出願の発明においては、貼り紙の
外面に予め、紙間強化を目的とする透明合成樹脂
のシーラーを塗布し、その合成樹脂が硬化しない
間に、エナメル塗料等の上塗り塗料を塗布し、こ
れを乾燥させて、紙間を含めた鞏固な一体塗膜を
形成させる。
紙間に浸透し、硬化するシーラー剤としては、
外面に塗布されるエナメル塗料の密着性により選
択する必要があるが、一般的には、同一系統の合
成樹脂が適している。
例えば、上塗塗料がウンタンエナメルの場合に
は、紙間強化剤としては、湿気硬化型一液ポリウ
レタンシーラーがてきしている。また、上塗塗料
がアミノアルキツドエナメルの場合は紙間強化剤
としては、メラミン、尿素アルキツド樹脂が適当
である。
尚、同一系の樹脂の場合に、分子量の低いもの
の方が浸透性が良い。
この出願の発明の製造法においては、通常使用
される醋酸ビニールエマルジヨン接着剤単体でよ
く、尿素樹脂等を混合する必要がないために、接
着剤のゲル化等の惧れがなく、作業性がきわめて
良好である。
また、外面の仕上がりは、紙にシーラーが施し
てあるために、外面に塗布されるエナメル塗料の
紙への浸透がなく、肉持感が良好である。
この発明による製造法の紙間強度を、従来の塗
装法と比較した場合の試験結果を次ぎの表によつ
て示す。
但し、紙間強度を比較するために上塗塗料には
スリツプ剤を添加していない。

で60〜70gr/m2(wet)塗布し乾燥硬化させ紙間
の樹脂と表面塗料が一体硬化した塗装合板を得
る。
実施例 2
薄葉紙(23gr/m2)にロールコーターでメラミ
ン、尿素、アルキツド混合樹脂を塗布浸透させ、
半乾燥の後、アミノアルキツドエナメルをロール
コーターで塗布し乾燥して巻き取る。その着色さ
れた巻き取りを通常の方法で合板上に張り合わせ
