Specifically, when applying the decorative sheet to the surface, the decorative sheet can be applied by humidifying the surface of the core material without applying an adhesive to the decorative sheet side.

When using a decorative sheet that does not allow water to easily evaporate from its surface, such as vinyl chloride wallpaper, the starch paste used as an adhesive hardens very slowly, and in its uncured state, the decorative sheet may rub against the surface of the core material. It was difficult to handle.

g/m 2 to 200 g/m 2 are applied. At this time, since the solid content of the adhesive is about 10 to 15%, 130 to 180 g/m 2 of water remains between the vinyl chloride wallpaper and the top sheet. Moreover, it is difficult for moisture to escape from the vinyl chloride surface, and the aluminum foil on the panel surface makes it even more difficult to dry.The adhesive does not harden even after a week has passed after installation, and the interior remains extremely damp. The condition is such that mold is likely to grow. On the other hand, if re-wetting glue is applied to the top sheet in advance, the amount of moisture will be less as the vinyl chloride wallpaper will be applied after adding 80 to 100g/ m2 of moisture.
Moreover, the adhesive hardens in a short time, and hardens in two days. Furthermore, when polyvinyl alcohol or the like is used as the rewetting paste, mold is less likely to grow compared to starch paste, and the mold-proofing performance is improved.

By adding about 0.01 to 2.0%, the anti-mold agent will be eluted by the water used to dissolve the re-wet glue and seep into the decorative sheet 9, thereby preventing mold from forming on the surface of the decorative sheet.

In order to apply pressure uniformly to the entire surface, and to absorb unevenness on the panel surface and make the surface flat, it is normal to have a cardboard of 80 to 100 g/ m2 on the back of the wallpaper, and this is followed by a layer of rewet glue. Even if provided, water will be absorbed by the cardboard during rewetting, and a large amount of water will be required for rewetting.
