Decorative paper for decorative boards has traditionally been laminated to plywood to create decorative boards, and has been widely used in construction materials, etc. However, plywood is prone to expansion, contraction, and warping due to the effects of heat and moisture, so this expansion and contraction is difficult. Due to the warping, various problems occur in the laminated decorative paper, and due to problems with the strength of the decorative paper itself, the veneer plywood of the decorative board is cut, the decorative board is bent, and the curved corners are cut. Various effects occur on the surface of the decorative paper when forming the decorative paper.

In other words, there have been various types of decorative papers for decorative boards, but these are obtained by printing and embossing synthetic resin films such as vinyl chloride films, and are used as decorative papers or wallpapers. Except for type paper, it is generally called pattern paper, which has good printability, shielding power, and moderate resin absorption, and a printed pattern is applied to the surface of the paper. For the purpose of protecting the printed surface, overlay paper with good transparency and toughness is pasted, or a thermosetting resin sol coating is applied, and this decorative paper is pasted onto plywood. The veneer plywood is put to practical use as a decorative board, but as mentioned above, veneer plywood expands, contracts, and warps due to heat and moisture, which specifically induces cracking on the sol-coated surface of the decorative paper. Also, when cutting the veneer plywood for decorative boards to form curved corners on the decorative board, the same phenomenon tends to occur on the sol-coated surface of the curved parts, making reinforcing the decorative paper problematic. .

This proposal has been developed in view of the above points, and can be used as a decorative board by laminating it on plywood plywood, and cracks on the sol-coated surface of the decorative paper and the decorative board due to expansion, contraction and warping of the plywood due to the effects of heat, moisture, etc. (2) Relating to a decorative paper for decorative boards in which the decorative paper itself is reinforced and does not induce the same phenomenon on the sol-coated surface of the decorative paper due to cutting processing.

以下、本案の構成を添付図面にもとづいて説明する。The configuration of the present invention will be explained below based on the attached drawings.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a decorative paper body, which has a base material 2 made of patterned paper, thin paper, or nonwoven fabric with a printed pattern etc. on its surface, and a sol coat layer 3 of synthetic resin on the printed pattern side. is formed, and a tough film 5 is bonded to the front or back surface of the base material 2 or the front and back surfaces via an adhesive layer 4.

In this case, when laminating the tough film 5 onto the 2 sides of the base material 2, the tough film may be laminated by extrusion lamination of polyolefin, using an adhesive as a brimer, particularly on the back side of the base material 2.

Further, 6 is an adhesive layer applied for the purpose of facilitating the adhesion of the decorative paper body 1 to the veneer plywood 7. Specifically, the back surface of the tough film 5 is coated with a hot melt synthetic resin, or the veneer is coated with a hot-melt synthetic resin. It is preferable to use a method such as coating with a resin having good compatibility with the adhesive used for bonding with the plywood, or applying a corona discharge treatment to the back surface of the tough film 5.

In the above, as the synthetic resin used for the sol coat layer 4, polyester, vinyl chloride, or polyurethane is preferable because of suitability for chemical embossing onto the surface of the sol coat layer 4.

Next, the adhesive layer 4 used for laminating the tough film 5 on the surface of the base material 2 is a thermoplastic polyester or urethane dry laminating adhesive that has compatibility with the tough film 5 and adhesive properties. Preferable due to problems.

In addition, the tough film 5 may be any film that is strong even in an extremely thin form and has good dimensional stability, pinhole resistance, and heat resistance, but from the examples, polyester film and nylon film are suitable. , polycarbonate, aluminum foil, polyolefin film, etc. are preferable.

Next, we will discuss the physical property test results of the decorative papers obtained in Examples ① and II above, and the results of coating polyester sol at a coating amount of 60 g/m2 on the surface of 65 g/m'' patterned paper as a conventional decorative paper. Below is a table that compares the physical property test results for different types of materials.

Table: Physical property test values of decorative paper As is clear from the comparison of the physical property test values of decorative paper in the table above, the tensile strength of the decorative paper of this invention is about twice that of conventional decorative paper, and the tear strength is about twice that of conventional decorative paper. Approximately 3 to 4 times the bursting strength, and approximately 2 to 4 times the bursting strength
It is estimated that the strength will be improved by about 3 times.

In addition, it is obvious that the toughness and dimensional stability of the decorative paper of the present invention are improved by improving the above-mentioned physical properties, and the decorative paper of the present invention can also be used as a decorative board by laminating it to plywood, which is less susceptible to the effects of heat, moisture, etc. Not only does the phenomenon of cracking occur on the sol-coated surface of the synthetic resin on the surface of the decorative paper due to the expansion, contraction and warping of the plywood, but also when cutting is applied to the decorative board to form curved corners on the decorative board. Cracking will no longer occur on the sol coated surface at curved areas.

In addition, damage to the decorative paper due to wood scraping, which often occurs when conventional decorative boards are used during cutting, can be completely prevented in this case by improving the physical properties of the decorative paper itself. be.

Furthermore, in the decorative paper of this invention, the adhesive used to bond the base material such as patterned paper and the tough film impregnates the base material such as patterned paper, but depending on the degree of impregnation, the layer strength of the base material such as patterned paper may be affected. Because of this difference, by using this adhesive for adjusting the peeling between the eyebrows, it also has the effect of adjusting the interlayer strength to some extent.
