As described in Japanese Patent No. 9345, by laminating a printed layer such as a wood grain pattern by transfer or the like on a veneer veneer having a long seam, and applying makeup, it is possible to make the seam or color irregularity inconspicuous and various. We proposed a manufacturing method that makes it possible to reduce the number of painting processes after sticking the interior material to the surface and simplify the production process.

As a decorative material, it is inadequate in terms of wear resistance, and has a side surface in which the range of places of use is limited. In order to compensate for such a point, it has been performed to coat the surface of the above-mentioned decorative veneer sheet with urethane resin or the like to increase the surface strength, but the quality of abrasion resistance as a decorative material for horizontal surface use. Does not fully meet.

A long peeled base material and a transfer member comprising a transparent release layer, and a colored transparent or colored semitransparent colored layer provided in this order on one surface of the plastic film so that the single plate and the colored layer face each other. Two-component curing type transparent or translucent adhesives are overlaid, heated and pressed, the plastic film is peeled off to form a first laminate, and then the first laminate is heated. A roll-shaped body is impregnated with a curable resin and dried to be in a semi-cured state. A sheet having a desired size is drawn from the roll-shaped body and cut into sheets to form a second laminated body, and the second laminated body is formed. Place the body on a hot plate or mirror plate and impregnated with thermosetting resin. Heating pressurized inserted between the bets are those formed by integral molding. Further, the coloring can be formed by a printed pattern layer.

First, FIG. 1A shows the formation of the base material A by joining the single plates 1 into a long shape by the finger joint method. Reference numeral 2 in the drawing indicates a joint between the single plate and the single plate. As the backing material 3 that reinforces the veneer 1, non-woven fabric, Japanese paper, or the like is used. Then, by making the long base material A into a winding shape, it is possible to improve the productivity of the subsequent processing.

In this case, a plastic film 4 is used as a support, and a transparent release layer 5 and a colored transparent or colored semitransparent colored layer 6 are sequentially provided on the plastic film 4 to form a transfer layer 7 to form a transfer body B. The peeling layer 5 and the coloring layer 6 can be provided by a known printing method or coating method such as gravure, silk screen, roll coating, flow coating, knife coating, etc., and the thickness considers practicality and workability (transferability). Can be set appropriately, but each is several μm
The range of to several + μm is preferable.

The back surface of a pine veneer sliced to a thickness of 0.2 m / m (width 900 mm) was lined with a polyester nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 23 g / m 2 via a vinyl urethane adhesive. After backing, the surface was ground and smoothed with # 180 abrasive paper. Next, the finger joint method was used to splice the veneers and make them long and wound. On the other hand,
A 25 μm thick polyester film with acrylic resin added with toluene was applied and dried with a roll coater to a thickness of 10 μm (after coating and drying) to form a transparent release layer, followed by acrylic on this. A mixture of a system resin, a tea pigment, and toluene is coated with a roll coater so that the coating thickness is 5 μm (after coating and drying), and dried to form a semitransparent brown colored layer. A transfer body was created.
