る。」を「第３図は同電極に対向する部分に透孔を穿設
してなるマスクを示す図、」と補正する。

  1. 電子部品と回路基板を接続する方式に於て、前記軍学部
    品の端子を導電性ホットメルト樹脂接着剤にて前記回路
    基板のパターンに接続して成ることを特徴とする電子部
    品の接続方式。
