Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 く技術分野〉 本発明はプログラムを記憶するリードオンリーメモリ（
ＲＯＭ）等のＬＳＩチップを合成樹脂より成るカードタ
イプの板状体に内蔵した所謂ＬＳＩカードに関するもの
である。
〈従来技術〉 上記したＬＳＩカードは電子計算機のプログラム変更と
か或いはキャッシュカード、クレージットカードとして
使用されるが、いづれにしても計算機とＬＳＩチップと
を電気的に接続するためにカード表面に電極が設けられ
ているのが普通である。このため、電極に汚れが刺着し
易く接触不良が発生し局いという欠点があり、さらに電
極が静電気の帯電物に触れて内部のＬ　Ｓ　Ｉチップが
破壊される可能性が非常に高いという大きな欠点があっ
た。
く目的〉 本発明シ１．かかる従来の欠点Ｋｇみてなされたもので
、電極の汚れ防止とＬＳＩチップの静電気による破壊防
止を成し得るＬ　Ｓ　Ｉカードを提供せん・とするもの
である。
〈実施例〉 以下図にもとづいて本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図は本発明に係るＬ　Ｓ　Ｉカードである。図にお
いてＡ柑゛プラスチック等の合成樹脂で構成されたカー
ド本体を示し、この本体にはリードオンリーメモリ（Ｒ
ＯＭ）等のＬ　Ｓ　ＩチップＬが内蔵されている。図中
斜線部分はカード表面に面一に貼着した薄い矩形状のラ
バー〇であり、したがってこ分だけ段差が設けられてい
る。
Ｄはある程度の幅を有する板状の電極群を示し、これら
は本体に等間隔に埋設されている。特にその一端部は前
記本体の段差部と前記ラバーの間に位置し、且つその他
端部は前記ＬＳＩチップＬの各端子にワイヤボンディン
グあるいはフェイスダウンボンディングにより結合され
ている。
第２図は上記構成のＬＳＩカードＡと電子機器Ｅとの電
気的接続状態を示す図である。すなわち、この例によれ
ば、電子機器Ｅには先端部に針状電極Ｃを取付だクリッ
プＢを設け、かつこの針状電極Ｃと機器の内部回路Ｘと
はフレキシブル基板Ｈを介して接続している。
依って、機器ＥにＬＳＩカードＡを載置し、該カードの
ラバー〇の上からクリップＢの先端部に設けた針状電極
Ｃを挿通すると、この電極の先端はラバーを通してその
下の電極りに当接し、カード内のＬＳＩチップＬと機器
Ｅの電子回路Ｘとが電気的に結合される。そして、ラバ
ーＧから針状用によって閉成され、したがって電極りは
ラバーＧによって保設される。
〈効果〉 以」二の様に、本発明の１．ＳＩカードはカード面にゴ
ム等の軟質部材による領域を設け、この領域に針状電極
等を挿通することにより内部のＬＳＩと電気的に結合し
うるようにしたから、電極の汚れを防止することが出来
るとともに、静電気によるＬ　Ｓ　ＩのＩｌｌυ１表ヲ
も同時に防止することが出来る。

第１図は本発明に係るＬＳＩカードを示す図、第２図同
力１−ドと電子機器との接続状態を説明する図である。 Ａはカード本体、Ｄは電極、Ｇはラバー、ＬはＬＳＩチ
ップ。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、ＬＳＩチップを内蔵したＬＳＩカードに於て、前記
    カード面にゴム等の軟質部材による領域を設け、この領
    域に針状電極等を挿通することにより内部のＬＳＩと電
    気的に結合しうるようにして成る事を特徴とするＬＳＩ
    カード。
