Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 スライドファスナーチェーンは長尺のものとして製造さ
れた後に、一般の需要に応じた寸法に切断されて一組の
適宜長さのスライドファスナーに作られるものであるか
ら、ファスナーテープの切断両端部における組織糸目は
、取扱中に次第にくづれてほつれが生ずるので、従来の
ものはこれを防止するために、ファスナーテープの切断
端部の全体にわたって、フイルムの貼着又は樹脂液の塗
布などによって、テープ組織を固める手段がとられてい
た。
従って、これらの加工によって端縁部は著しく硬化する
ため、肌着に装着された場合などには、ファスナーの使
用中に硬直した該部が、直接肌に触れるので湛だしく不
快感を覚え、時には痛激を与えるなどの欠点があった。
よってこの考案のスライドファスナーは、合或繊維糸ま
たは合戊繊維と他の繊維との混紡糸をテープ組織の経、
緯糸として、或は経緯の何れか一方に使用したファスナ
ーテープ１を使用し、その切断端縁部２に存する合或繊
維を利用して、該端縁部に適宜間隔おきに熱溶着部３を
構或したものである。
従ってファスナーテープの切断端縁部２のほつれを防止
し得るは勿論、これまでのように、フイルムや樹脂液に
よる端縁部全体の加工と異って、テープの柔軟性を損う
ことがないため、肌に触れても不快感を覚えるおそれの
生じないものである。
更にこのスライドファスナーを品物に取付ける際に、端
縁部全面の硬化されたものとは違って、熱溶着部３相互
の間隙部４は、組織生地のよ・残されているので、縫針
の挿通には全く支障がないため、縫製作業も極めて容易
に施こし得る等の効果がある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スライドファスナーのテープ１の切断端縁部２に存する
    合或繊維を利用して、該端縁部に適宜間隔に熱溶着部３
    を構或したことを特徴とするスライドファスナー。
