    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）集積回路のパッケージの側面から多数の端子を導
    出し、これら各端子間にパッケージと一体の突出部をそ
    れぞれ設けて端子間の隔壁としたことを特徴とする集積
    回路装置。
  2. （２）突出部の上端をパッケージ上面と同一位置まで延
    在させ、かつ突出部の側方端を端子の半田接続部のみを
    残す位置まで延在させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の集積回路装置。
