    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２辺もしくはそれ以上の辺に複数個の外部リードを配設
    した半導体装置であって、基板上にパターン印刷された
    半田ペーストからなる半田付用パッド上に前記外部リー
    ドが置かれて、溶着される半導体装置において、外部リ
    ードが設けられた辺の複数個の外部リードのうち両端の
    外部リードの幅を中間に設けられる外部りーκの幅より
    広ク己たことを特徴とする半導体装置。
