触している本発明のおしめの部分の拡大断面図、第４図
は同じ環境下の従来技術の使い捨ておしめを説明する第
３図と比較し得る　。 断面図、第５図はパターン付き鋼浮彫りロールとゴムバ
ックアップロール間で形成されたニップに通した好まし
いトップシートの実際の寸法の約２５倍に拡大された断
面顕微鏡写真、第６図は一対の鋼面間ど浮彫り加工され
た好ましいトップシートの第５図と同様の断面図、第７
図はパターン付き鋼浮彫りロールとペーパーバックアッ
プロール間で浮彫り加工された好ましいトップシートの
第５図と同様の断面図である。 ２１・・・使い捨ておしめ、２２・・・トップシート、
２３・・・吸収要素、２４・・・バックシート、２５・
・・サイドフラップ、２２ａ・・・雄浮彫りロールと接
触する面、２２ｂ・・・酸ロールと接触する面、２６・
・・非くぼみ領域、２７・・べぼみ領域。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　実質的に平らな一般に親水性の水分吸収層と、使用
    中に上記水分吸収層に重ね合せ関係で配置される一般に
    疎水性の軟らかく嵩高で全面にわたって均一に水分浸透
    性の着用者に接触する水分浸透性トップシートと、耐湿
    性バックシートとからなる使い捨ておしめにおいて、上
    記トップシートが使用中に上記実質的に平らな水分吸収
    層の最上部面と緊密に接触する複数のくぼみ領域を含有
    する湿潤時においてさえも弾性を示す一体構造物からな
    り、上記トップシートの非くぼみ領域は使用中着用者の
    皮膚に接触し、上記くぼみ領域および上記排非くぼみ領
    域は全体にわたって実質的に均一な密度を有し、上記非
    くぼみ領域は上記実質的に平らな水分吸収層の最上部面
    から離間しており、それによって改良された表面乾燥性
    および改良された耐再湿性がもたらされるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする使い捨ておしめ。 ２　上記トップシートの上記くぼみ領域が浮彫りくぼみ
    からなる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のおし
    め。 ３　上記くぼみ領域が上記くぼみ領域の面で測定して上
    記トップシートの全表面積の約ｌθ〜約５０％をなす、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のおしめ。 ４　上記トップシートが、一般に疎水性の不織材料から
    なり、そして上記くぼみ領域が実質的に上記トップシー
    トの全表面にわたって設けられる、実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第３項に記載のおしめ。 ５　上記くぼみ領域が、少なくとも着用者の身体から放
    出される水分を受ける領域に設けられる、実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第４項に記載のおしめ。 ６　上記実質的に平らな水分吸収層が、両面が薄葉紙で
    つつまれたふわふわしたセルロース詰め物の層からなる
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項に記載のおしめ。 ７　上記実質的に平らな水分吸収層がクレープセルロー
    ス詰め物からなる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項に記
    載のおしめ。
