Abstract

Pañal desechable, que tiene una capa absorbente de la humedad prácticamente plana, colocada entre un paño superior permeable a la humedad, en contacto con la piel del usuario, blando y voluminoso, y un paño posterior resistente a la humedad; caracterizado porque el paño superior comprende una estructura integral que comprende una pluralidad de áreas deprimidas poniéndose en contacto con la piel del usuario en la práctica las áreas sin deprimir de dicho paso superior, teniendo dichas áreas deprimida y sin deprimir una áreas deprimidas que se ponen en íntimo contacto con la superficie superior de dicha capa absorbente de la humedad, prácticamente plana, en la práctica dichas áreas sin deprimir a aislar la piel del usuario de la humedad contenida dentro de la capa absorbente de la humedad, con lo que proporciona una sequedad mejorada y una mejor resistencia a la rehumectación.
