Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、二本の混線軸を具えた二軸式コンクリート
ミキサの混練槽内に給水する装置に関するものである。
二軸式のコンクリートミキサは、混練槽内の側壁間に二
本の混線軸を設け、この混線軸に相反する方向の回転を
与え、混線軸に固定したアームのブレードで混線を行う
ものである。
このような二軸式コンクリートミキサは、セメントと骨
材を両混線軸間にかき寄せて混線を行うため、単に上か
ら給水しただけでは、水が混練槽の両側に溜まり、セメ
ント及び骨材との混練効果が極めて悪い問題がある。
また、混練したコンクリートが混線軸やこれに取付けた
アーム及びブレードに耐着するため、その取除きに多く
の時間と労力を必要とする不都合がある。
この考案は、上記のような問題や不都合を解消し、セメ
ント及び骨材の混合が能率的に行え、混線軸やアーム及
びブレードの洗浄も可能となる給水装置を提供すること
が目的である。
以下、この考案の実施例を添附図面に基づいて説明する
。
図示のように、ミキサ１には混練槽２の上端に角筒形の
ミキサカバー３が取付けられ、このカバー３に給水装置
４が設けられている。
ミキサ１は、混練槽２の内部で側壁５間に、二本の混線
軸６が平行する状態で組込まれ、両温線軸６に多数のア
ーム７が一定の間隔を設けて取付けられ、このアーム７
の先端に適当な角度で固定したブレード８によって、攪
拌と送り作用を生じるようになっている。
給水装置４の給水管９は、第３図に示すように、中央部
に給水源との接続口１０を設け、その両側途中を同一方
向へ直角に折曲げ、両端が互に平行する直線部１１とな
る二叉に形成されている。
両側の直線部１１は、両端部がミキサカバー３の側壁５
によって支持され、このカバー３内を貫通している。
前記直線部１１は、第２図のように各混線軸６の上方で
、混線軸６の直上よりも僅かに外側寄りに位置している
。
上記直線部１１には、第２図及び第４図のように、その
出水方向が両側混線軸６間の中間部分に向くノズル１３
と、出水方向が各々の下部に位置する混線軸６に向くノ
ズル１４とが、軸方向に一定の間隔を設けて多数が取付
けられている。
前記直線部１１の両端で、側壁５の内面に近接する位置
には、第５図及び第６図に示すように、側壁５の内面に
沿って出水し、内面の洗浄を行う出水孔１５が設けられ
ている。
なお、ミキサカバー３の前後壁にはマンホール１６が設
けられ、着脱自在の蓋１７を取外すことにより、内面の
清掃が行えるようになっている。
また、ミキサカバー３内には、中央部にセメント供給シ
ュート１８と、その両側に骨材の供給シュート１９，２
０が位置している。
この考案の給水装置は、以上の構成であって、次にその
作用を説明する。
混練槽２内に骨材の投入と同時に、接続口１０をつない
だ給水源から給水を行い、その後セメントを入れる。
給水は両側の直線部１１において、ノズル１３及び１４
から出水する。
この出水は第２図に矢印で示すように、一方のノズル１
３により、両側混線軸６の丁度中間に向けて行われるた
め、両温線軸６間に集まるセメントと骨材に向けて確実
に給水される。
また、他方のノズル１４により、混線軸６の軸芯に向け
て給水されるため、混線物をかき上げた後に、混線物か
ら露出する混線軸６の外周面と、アーム７及びブレード
８を洗浄することになる。
更に、直線部１１の両端に設けた出水孔１５からも出水
し、カバー３の側壁内面を洗浄する。
以上のように、この考案の給水装置によれば、混練槽内
への給水が両側混線軸間の中間に行われるので、混線時
において、混線物が集まる部分へ確実に給水することが
でき、混線槽の両側に水が溜まるような不都合の発生を
なくし、セメントと骨材及び水との能率的な混合が行え
るようになる。
また、給水の一部を混練軸に向けて出水するようにした
ので、混線軸とそれに取付けたアーム及びブレードを洗
浄することができ、混練後における混練軸まわりの清掃
が不要となる。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 混練槽内の側壁間に、二本の混線軸を平行して設け、両
    側混線軸に各々固定したアームの先端にブレードを取付
    け、両側混線軸の相反する方向へ向けての回転で前記ブ
    レードによりコンクリートを混練するようにした二軸式
    コンクリートミキサにおいて、上記混練槽の上部開口に
    カバーを設け、このカバーの内側に沿って、上記各混線
    軸の上部位置にこの混線軸の軸方向に沿って給水管を配
    置し、前記各給水管に、両側混線軸間の中間部分に向け
    て出水するノズルと、下部に位置する混練軸に向けて出
    水するノズルを設けたことを特徴とする二軸式コンクリ
    ートミキサの給水装置。
