Claims (1)
- セラミック基板に金属ディスク、半導体ペレットを順次
積層固着し、少なくとも半導体ペレットを樹脂材でモー
ルドした絶縁形半導体装置におい、て、前記半導体ペレ
ットが固着される前記セラミック基板の裏面に凹部を設
け、この凹部を金属で埋設したことを特徴とする絶縁形
半導体装置。
