Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はレーザ光線の出力を変える装置に関するもので
ある。
第１図に示すように、レーザ光線ａにより加工物ｂを切
断加工する際、レーザ光線又は加工物を移動するとき、
レーザ光線の出力が一定の場合レーザ光線又は加工物ｂ
の移動速度が変化すると、即ち、第２図に示すようにイ
点から口点にレーザ光線が移動時、レーザ光線の出力が
一定でイ点で動き始めて、口点に移動時イ点から口点ま
での移動速度が変化するため、イ点の加工溝孔Ｃの巾Ｗ
１＞Ｗとなる。
第３図のように加工溝孔の巾Ｗを一定にするためにはレ
ーザ光線又は加工物の移動速度とレーザ光線の出力の割
合を常時一定にしなければならない。
本発明の目的は、簡単な装置により切断溝孔を巾を一定
にさせることにある。
そのため本発明はレーザ発生装置から発するレーザ光線
の通過経路中に一時レーザ光を遮ぎる可動シャッターを
介在させたものである。
第４図乃至第７図は本発明に係るレーザ光線の出力可変
装置の一実施例を示したもので、図中１はレーザ発生装
置、２はシャッターで星形に成形し、レーザ巻線ａの通
過経路に星形の部分が光線ａを遮ぎり、再び透過させる
ことを交互に行うようにする。
そのためシャッター２は中心を軸３によりブラケット４
に支承させ、軸３をシャッター回転用モータ５に直結さ
せる。
６は軸３に挿着したシャッター冷却用ファンである。
又シャッターは光を遮ぎる間隔を変化させるためブラケ
ット４の下面にめねじ７を設けこれをねじ込むねじ棒８
は水平に架設してその両端を軸受９，１０で支持し、か
つ一方の軸受９にシャッター移動用モータ１１を固装す
る。
１２，１３はめねじ７に形成した孔及び切欠で軸受９，
１０間にわたした案内シャフ｝１４，１５が孔１２及び
切欠１３に入り込み、シャッター２を摺動案内する。
かくしてレーザ光線の熱量を吸収できる円弧上の長さと
空間の円弧上の長さの比を変えシャッターを通過したレ
ーザ光線の出力を変化させる。
本発明は以上の構成であるから、第７図に示すように、
Ｘ点にレーザ光線があり、シャッターがモータ（他の動
力でも差支えない）で回転しなからＸ’点に移動するこ
とにより、Ｘ点の円周上の弧の長さｌ’／Ｌ’即ちシャ
ッタ一部と空間との比が、Ｘ’点の円周上の弧の長さｌ
／Ｌに変わると、シャッターにレーザ光線が遮ぎられ、
シャツターの移動によりシャッターに吸収されるレーザ
光線の熱量を変化させ、これによりシャッターを通過す
るレーザ光線の出力を変化させ、加工物ｂの切断溝孔Ｃ
’を第５図に示す孔巾がＷ１＞Ｗにならず全て一定にす
ることができる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ レーザ発生装置から発するレーザ光線の通過経路中
    に一時レーザ光線を遮ぎる星形に成形したシャッターを
    回転可能に設けてその中心軸を原動機に連けいし、該シ
    ャッターをレーザ光線に対して直角方向に移動させる装
    置を装備したことを特徴とするレーザ光線の出力可変装
    置。
