第４図は第３図におけるＩＶ−ＩＶ視図、第５図は第３
図における■−■視図親図６図は第３図におけるＶＩ−
ＶＩ視親図第７図は第３図における■−■断面図、第８
図は上記摩耗限度警報装置に使用される警報部材の取付
前の形状と取付後の形状を比較して示す平面断面図−で
ある。第９図は上記摩耗限度警報装置が警報音を発する
状態を示す平面断面図である。第１０図は本考案の別の
実施例における警報部材−の要部平面断面図であり、第
１１図は第１０図におけるＭ−Ｍ親図である。第１２図
は本考案の更に別め実施例における警報部材の側面図で

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 摩擦材とその裏面に固着された裏板とを備えたディスク
    ブレーキ用摩擦パッドが摩耗限度に達したとき、接触部
    において回転するディスクロータに接触することにより
    警報音を発する薄板製の警報部材を含む摩耗限度警報装
    置において、前記警報部材にコの字形に屈曲させた取付
    脚部を設け、該取付脚部の一対のアーム部によって前記
    裏板を前後側から挾むようにするとともに、該一対のア
    ー入部の少なくとも一方の内側に、該コの字の開口側か
    ら奥側に向うにつれて突出量が漸増する形状の係合爪を
    突設する一方、前記裏板に係合凹部を形成し、該取付脚
    部が該裏面板に取付けられたとき該係合爪が該係合凹部
    に係合して、該取付部が該裏板から、離脱す名ことを防
    止するようにしたことを特徴とするディスクブレーキ用
    摩擦パッドの摩耗限度警報装置。
