Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 摩擦材とその裏面に固着された裏板とを備え、ディスク
    ロータの摩擦面に押しつけられて該ディスクロータの回
    転を抑制するようにトルク部材によって支持される摩擦
    パッドにおいて、前記摩擦材が摩耗限度まで摩耗したと
    き警報音を発生する装置であって、 前記裏板の側面から側方へ突出させられた突起と、 薄板材から成り、コの字形を成して前記裏板の側縁部を
    前面側と後面側との両方から挾むとともに前記突起を上
    下両側から挾む一対の取付脚部と、前記突起の側方を通
    って延び先端が前記摩擦材の摩耗限度面に達する接触部
    と、該接触部と前記一対の取付脚部とを連結するととも
    に該接触部を前記突起に押付ける弾性力を発生させるば
    ね部とを備えた警報部材とを含み、 前記摩擦材が摩耗限度に達したとき前記接触部の先端が
    回転中の前記ディスクロータに接触して該接触部が振動
    し、警報音を発することを特徴とするディスクブレーキ
    用摩擦パッドの摩耗限度警報装置。
