Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）取付は部材にキャリパを可動に設け、該キャリパ
    の一方の脚部にピストンを摺動可能に設けると共に他方
    の脚部に爪部を設け、ディスクを挾む一対の摩擦パッド
    のうち一側の摩擦パッドを前詰ピストンにより押圧し、
    他側の摩擦パッドを前記爪部により押圧する形式のディ
    スクブレーキにおいて、前記他側の摩擦パッドの裏金に
    は前記爪部側に向は突出する突出部を形成したことを特
    徴とするディスクブレーキ。
  2. （２）前記突出部の突出量は前駆ディスクの厚さと同程
    度以上である実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）項記載のデ
    ィスクブレーキ。
