Claims (3)
- (1)ディスクの外周をまたぎ、ディスクの両面に対向
するインナー脚部とアウタ脚部とを有するキャリパを、
前記ディスクの一側において車輌の非回転部分に設けら
れたキャリアに摺動可能に支持し、該キャリアの内側に
形成された段部により案内されて前記ディスクの軸線方
向へ移動可能に配設された一対のパッドを、前記キャリ
パの両脚部で前記ディスクに押圧するディスクプブレー
キにおいて、中央部が前記パッドに固定され、先端部が
前記キャリパのアウタ脚部に係止された第1のばね部と
、中央が前記パッドに固定され、両端部が前記キヤ”リ
アと前記パッドとの対向面間に挿入された第2のばね部
とを有することを特徴とするディスクプブレーキ。 - (2)前記第1のばね部はその中央部から放射状に突出
する3つの突出部を有し、前記第2のばね部は前記第1
のばね部に一体に設けられており、かつ先端部に前記パ
ッドの端部に当接する突起が設けられた実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載のディスクブレーキ。 - (3)前記キャリアにおける前記パッドのトルク受は部
は前記段部の上側部とされ、前記第2のばね部は前記段
部の下側において前記キャリアと前記パッドとの対向面
間に挿入される実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のデ
ィスクブレーキ。
