Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　複数の１次コイルと各１次コイルに対応する２次コ
    イルとを含むステータ部と、このステー３　　夕部に対
    して相対的に変位し、前記１次コイルを通る磁路のリラ
    クタンスを前記変位に応じて変化させる可動部とを具え
    名可変磁気抵抗型位置検出装置において、前記各２次コ
    イルに対応して各コイルの゛インピーダンス調整用の可
    変抵抗器を夫々設け、この可変抵抗器によって各２次コ
    イル出力のバイアス電圧を調整することにより出力誤差
    を補正するようにした可変磁気抵抗型位置検出装置の出
    力誤差補正装置。 −２前記ステータ部は、半径方向で対向する１対の極を
    円周方向に所定間隔で複数対具え、前記１次コイル及び
    ２次コイルは前記各種に夫々巻かれており、前記各極対
    における２つの前記１次コイルは夫々逆相励磁されてる
    ものであり、前記可変抵抗器は、前記各極対に夫々対応
    する２つの前記２次コイルのインピーダンスをバランス
    調整するバランス式可変抵抗器を前記各極対毎に設けた
    ものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の可変磁
    気抵抗型位置検出装置の串力誤差補正装置。
