Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、大型で重量のある床パネルの取付装置に関す
るもので、その目的とするところは、床パネルの取付け
を安全且容易に行わしめんとするにある。
以下図面を参照して本発明を、その一実施例につき説明
すると、１は基礎上に設立した支柱、３は土台上に設立
した壁パネル、２，４，５は前記支柱１の側面と、壁パ
ネル３上に間隔をおいて固定の側板１０に取付孔１１を
穿設した床受金具、６は床パネルで、側板６２に前記取
付孔１１と合致する取付孔１２を穿設した床フレーム６
３上に、床板６１を張設したものよりなり、その四隅上
には、前記支柱１の側面及び壁パネル３上に固定した床
受金具２，４．５の上面に当接したとき、前記床パネル
６を床受金具２，４，５間に静止状態に支持すると同時
番こ床受金具２，４，５の側板１０に穿設した取付孔１
１と、床フレーム６３の側板６２を合致させて連通せし
める床パネル６の周縁より突出した当接片７３を一端に
設けた支持金具７の基部７２が、床パネル６を吊下する
アイボルト７１で螺着されている。
而して本発明は上記した構成であるから、床パネルの取
付けにあっては、四隅上に螺着したアイボルト７１によ
り床パネル６を、支柱１の側面及び壁パネル３上に間隔
をおいて固定した床受金具２．４，５間に吊り下げ、前
記アイボルト７１で基部７２を螺着した床パネル６の周
縁より突出する支持金具７の一端に設けた当接片７３を
、前記床受金具２，４，５の上面に当接すると、アイボ
ルト７１により宙吊りされた床パネル６は、前記床受金
具２，４，５の上面に当接する当接片７３によって静止
状態に安定よく支えられると同時に、前記床受金具２，
４．５の側板１０に穿設した取付孔１１と床フレーム６
３の側板６２に穿設した取付孔１２は、第２図に示すよ
うに合致して連通ずるから、前記両爪付孔１１．１２内
にボルト８を挿通し、床受金具２，４，５の側板１０と
床フレーム６３の側板６２を緊締すれば、床受金具２゜
４．５の間に床パネル６を固定することが出来るもので
ある。
従来の斯種パネルの取付けは、第４図に示すように、四
隅上に螺着したアイボルト７１′で床パネル６を吊下げ
て、支柱１の側面及び壁パネル３上に間隔をおいて固定
した床受金具２，４，５間に宙吊りし、その状態で前記
床パネル６の床フレーム６３の側板６２に穿設した取付
孔と、床受金具２，４，５の側板１０に穿設した取付孔
の位置合せを行なって床フレーム６３の側板６２と、床
受金具２，４，５の側板１０をボルト８により固定しな
ければならない関係上、固定に手間を要し。
又宙吊りした床パネル６が傾斜したような場合にはボル
ト８による固定が不可能になるという欠点があったもの
であるが、本発明は上記したようにアイボルトにより床
パネルを宙吊りし、このアイボルトで基部を固定した床
パネルの周縁より突出する支持金具の一端に設けた当接
片を、床受金具の上面に当接すれば、床パネルは前記床
受金具の上面に当接する当接片によって静止状態に安定
よく支えられると同時に床受金具の側板に穿設した取付
孔と床フレームの側板に穿設した取付孔の位置合せが自
動的に行われるものであるから、従来のように床パネル
を宙吊りした状態で作業や取付孔の位置合せを行う必要
がない。
従って本発明によれば、斯種作業の安全性は著しく向上
する一方、ボルトによる緊締も容易に行えるから、作業
能率も大巾に増進させることが可能であるという施工上
きわめて便利な効果がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 支柱１の側面及び壁パ゛ネル３上に間隔を置いて固
    定した床受金具２，４，５を設け、床パネル６を前記床
    受金具２，４．５間に静止状態に支持すると同時に、該
    床受金具２，４，５の側板１０に穿設した取付孔１１と
    、床フレーム６３の側板６２に穿設した取付孔１２とを
    合致させて連通すべくする当接片７３を設け、該当接片
    ７３の一端に設けた支持金具Ｔの基部７２は、前記床パ
    ネル６にこれを吊下げるアイボルト７１で螺着してなる
    床パネルの取付装置。
